Heather Grubb is a nationally recognized auto glass professional, entrepreneur, educator, and industry leader with a passion for safety, innovation, and raising the standards of the auto glass profession. She is the owner of Monarch Auto Glass Experts, a woman-owned business known for delivering high-quality auto glass repair and replacement with uncompromising craftsmanship and customer care.
An Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC)–Certified Technician, Heather has built her career on technical excellence, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Her expertise and leadership have earned her national recognition, including becoming the first woman to compete in the Auto Glass Olympics, where she finished as a 5th-place finalist in 2024.
In 2025, Heather received the People’s Champ Award in recognition of her efforts to drive positive change throughout the auto glass industry. The award reflects her dedication to advancing technician education, promoting best practices, and inspiring the next generation of professionals.
Through hands-on education and industry-leading curriculum, she is committed to developing highly skilled technicians while advancing safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism throughout the industry.

Raul Plascencia
Owner and Instructor of Auto Glass University
Raul Plascencia is an award-winning auto glass technician, entrepreneur, educator, and industry advocate dedicated to raising the standards of the automotive glass profession.
With years of hands-on experience in windshield replacement, ADAS calibration with programing, windshield repair, power window repair, sunroof repair, and automotive diagnostics, Raul has built a reputation for combining technical excellence with a passion for education.
As the owner of Direct Quality Auto Glass in Southern California, Raul has trained technicians, developed operating procedures, and implemented quality-control systems designed to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His commitment to craftsmanship and continual improvement has earned recognition throughout the automotive glass industry.
Raul is best known for his dedication to technician development and his belief that knowledge should be shared openly to strengthen the entire industry. Through Auto Glass University, he aims to provide practical, real-world training that helps technicians improve their skills, build confidence, and create successful careers.
His teaching philosophy focuses on safety, proper installation techniques, professional ethics, customer service, and adapting to rapidly changing vehicle technology. Whether working with new technicians entering the trade or experienced professionals seeking advanced training, Raul’s goal is to equip students with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel.
Today, Raul continues to serve customers, mentor technicians, develop educational programs, and advocate for higher standards across the auto glass industry.

Jason Martin
Owner and Instructor of Auto Glass University
Jason Martin is an accomplished entrepreneur and auto glass industry professional with decades of hands-on experience in automotive glass replacement, business leadership, and technical excellence. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for quality workmanship, integrity, and a commitment to raising industry standards.
As the founder of Wisefly Auto Glass, Jason has dedicated his career to providing exceptional service while mentoring others in the trade. His passion for innovation and continuous improvement has earned him recognition among peers, including being an instructor in the classroom as well as on the job, competing at Auto Glass Week, where he showcased his technical skill on a national stage, winning the ingenuity award and 2nd place overall in 2017 and the ingenuity award and 1st place in 2018.
Known for his strong work ethic and customer-first approach, Jason believes that success is built on honesty, precision, and treating every customer like family. Whether leading his team, serving the community, or sharing his knowledge with fellow technicians, he remains committed to excellence in every aspect of his work.
Outside of business, Jason values faith, family, and giving back to the community. His leadership, resilience, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact both within the auto glass industry and beyond.

Eddie Posselt was born to a mom-and-pop auto glass shop family. He entered the field professionally in 1991 with Safelite and has continued in the auto glass business until present day. Today he owns and manages three shops in three Texas cities, servicing to the Oilfield as well as personal vehicles.
