Tuition Refund and Transfer Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
At Auto Glass University, enrollment in our training programs reserves a seat in a scheduled class and requires the allocation of instructors, equipment, facilities, and administrative resources. As a result, tuition payments are subject to the following policy.
Tuition Payments
All tuition and applicable fees are due according to the enrollment agreement. Once payment is received, the student’s enrollment is confirmed and a seat is reserved.
Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or if Auto Glass University cancels a course without offering a comparable alternative, all tuition payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Failure to attend class.
- Voluntary withdrawal.
- Change of mind.
- Scheduling conflicts.
- Employment obligations.
- Transportation or travel issues.
- Personal or family circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with the course or instruction after enrollment.
Guaranteed Tuition Transfer
Although tuition is non-refundable, students are guaranteed the opportunity to transfer their paid tuition to a future scheduled class if they are unable to attend their original class date.
To qualify for a tuition transfer:
- The student must notify Auto Glass University as soon as reasonably possible.
- Tuition may be transferred to the next available class or another mutually agreed-upon class date.
- There is no forfeiture of paid tuition due solely to an inability to attend the originally scheduled class.
- Tuition transfers are granted one time at no additional tuition cost. Additional transfer requests may be subject to an administrative fee.
School Cancellation
If Auto Glass University cancels a scheduled course and cannot provide a comparable alternative class within a reasonable period, students may elect to receive either:
- A full refund of tuition paid; or
- A transfer of tuition to another available class date.
Compliance with Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that are required under applicable federal, state, or local law.
By enrolling and submitting payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Tuition Refund and Transfer Policy.
